We’ve found Glenlarge the best variety of garlic to grow in the subtropics. It’s a soft neck day neutral variety, plant this towards the end of March with harvest in Late winter to Early Spring (around 5.5-6 months).

Store your seed in a cool, dark, dry spot with plenty of airflow until you're ready to plant (Mid-late MARCH). Away from sunlight, heat and moisture.
