Snake Bean Climbing ‘Red Noodle’


Vigna unguiculata var. sesquipedalis

Red Noodle Snake Beans are a tall climber with long burgundy coloured stringless pods. Slightly firmer in texture but you can eat whole bean fresh or cooked, best picked slightly smaller in diameter than your regular beans. Prolific in humid climates and a staple crop during the warmer months here in South East Queensland.
